Lavender Matcha Latte with Blue Cold Foam – My Go-To Green Sip

Matcha is one of my all-time favorite drinks. It’s rich, creamy, a little herbal, and absolutely packed with good-for-you benefits like antioxidants and gentle caffeine. The first time I ever had matcha was back in college, and I can still remember how shocked I was that something green could taste that good. From that moment on, I went over a week straight of ordering nothing but matchas.


This version is my own dreamy twist — a silky iced lavender honey matcha topped with a fluffy blue cold foam made with blue spirulina for a gorgeous pop of color. The floral notes from the lavender honey syrup mellow out the earthiness of the matcha, and the cold foam adds that coffee shop-style indulgence you can make right at home.
