A garden-to-glass cocktail to ease you from summer into fall
There’s something magical about a drink that can bridge the seasons — one that tastes like late summer sunshine, but hints at cozy evenings ahead. That’s exactly what inspired this Blackberry Sage Gin Ginger Fizz.
I brought this syrup to the Elmhurst French Market this past weekend and it was an instant favorite. The sage was picked fresh from my garden the day before, and the blackberries were juicy, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. Everyone kept asking, “What is that flavor?” — and the second they heard it was garden sage, their eyes lit up. I sold out before noon.
This drink has become a staple in my kitchen, and I knew I had to share the recipe with you — because it’s that good.
